Hi Sir,

Withdrawal Issue Amount : 30000

Explained my issue here below fully with all proofs :

The withdrawal transaction shows successful of 30,000 INR made on 26/10/2025 but didn't receive the amount in my bank account yet till today.

I have followed-up with my bank regarding this but they are unable to help as they checked thoroughly of no funds of 30,000 INR coming to my bank anytime on that date.

I humbly request Askgamblers to investigate and help me get back my 30,000 INR withdrawal which i am still to receive from Dafabet Website.

I have tried contacting The support staffs of Dafabet but they keep me waiting and end the chat sessions without providing any help.

I now look forward to receiving support from Askgamblers.

I've been emailing them for 4 days, but their response is very lazy, mostly bot-replied emails with non-sync answers as I provided them in Screenshots. Verification issue with dafabet casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that the total disputed amount in this case is ₹258,000 (INR).

I made a deposit of Rs.4400 into my Dafabet account, but the amount has not been credited to my wallet yet. The amount has been deducted; however, it is not reflected in my Dafabet balance.

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

Payment delayed since May 25th

Hi AskGamblers team,

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
