Withdrawal not received and deposit not credited since 3 months

Withdrawal Issue Amount : 90000

Firstly , I made a withdrawal of the amount INR 90000 on 12/08/2025 at 02:46 AM, the transaction is showing successful but money not credited yet to my bank account till now.

Transaction id: 456618034.

Secondly,

I have made deposits of the amount INR 12000 and INR 10000 on 21/12/2025 at 12:54 PM and 08/01/2026 at 11:16 both transactions are showing failed but money debited from my bank account on same time.

Amount - 12,000 INR

I have contacted dafabet live support multiple times but they fail to respond or help me credit both my deposits and withdrawals concern.

I ask Askgamblers to help me with both deposit and withdrawal issue through this platform as Dafabet service and live support are helpless , dont respond me and wasted my time as always.

I am attaching all proofs & communications with Dafabet Casino.

Its been 3 to 4 months i am waiting already why so much delay ?
I have provided my Bank statement aswell as per your request even then why so much delay ?

I am waiting here for u to credit my withdrawal and my pending deposit aswell.

I just hope i will get back my hard earned funds back.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
