Withdrawal not credited more then 4 days

I am writing to raise a concern regarding a withdrawal request that I initiated on 07 June 2025 at 03:16:10 AM, with Reference Number: 444885170.
It has now been over 4 days, and the withdrawal is still showing as “processing”, with no amount credited to my account so far. This delay is highly inconvenient and unusual based on previous transactions.
I have already communicated with your support team regarding this issue, and I am attaching the conversation for your reference. However, there has been no resolution or concrete update yet.

Please review the transaction status urgently.
Credit the withdrawn amount at the earliest.
