Withdrawal and verification issue going on for two weeks
I have made a few withdrawals on Dafabet before, and they went through, but I won about 185 USD about two weeks ago, and when I tried to withdraw, they asked for my documents.
I submitted documents to their team several times over.
Whenever I submit the documents to their team, they claim that I am not using the registered email of my Dafabet account, and I must submit the documents with my Dafabet registered account.
The fact is that it is the same email I used to register, so they are telling lies.
I contacted their customer support to send me a test email to my registered email, and indeed, the test email was sent to the same email they have been rejecting.
So my withdrawals have been rejected about 3 times so far. I recently made another withdrawal request in hopes that they would process it.
I have attached images of my Dafabet profile with my username as well as an image of the conversation between me and the support agent who sent the test mail to my email, my back-and-forth conversation with their team requiring me to send my documentation, and their declining over "registered email” claims my transaction history.
