Withdraw not approving

Hello, my username is < sent to the casino > and I have balance in my dafabet account around 97k but they are not approving my withdrawal request . Moreover they firstly asked me for my documents which I provided them on the same day and they verified it on the next day but after that also they are not giving my withdraw . Whenever I contacted their customer support they repeat the same message withdraw is under process or try placing the new withdraw request . I am attaching my withdraw requests and approved documents proofs . Please help me to get my withdraw as soon as possible. My withdraw transaction id 498176692 dated 16/03/2026 and time 06:11:25 PM. I am also attaching the messages of dafabet that they had verified my documents.

I want to confirm that Dafabet has successfully processed my withdraw of 4000 rs but now they are not approving the more withdrawl request only the transaction for which I had submitted complaint the other withdraw requests they are not approving them I am attaching the screenshots as the proof . Please approve my other withdraw transactions also.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
