I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a pending manual withdrawal request of INR 129,788.60. The request was forwarded to their payment team on June 4, 2025, and I was promised to be notified once it was processed. However, as of June 10, 2025, no payment has been made and I have received only repeated confirmation emails stating that the process is under review.

I have also been informed that my account is closed, but no update has been provided regarding the status of my funds.

Here is the timeline of communication:

4 June 2025: Request for manual withdrawal was acknowledged.

7 June 2025: My account balance of INR 129,788.60 was confirmed.


8 June 2025: Follow-up email states the withdrawal is still being checked.

I am attaching all relevant email communications and screenshots as proof.

I respectfully request the AskGamblers team to assist me in getting my rightful funds released as soon as possible.

I am writing in response to your recent message stating that my account violates your Terms & Conditions by allegedly having more than one account.

I would like to make it absolutely clear that I have created and used only a single account on your platform. I am fully aware of your policy that each individual is allowed only one account, and I have strictly abided by that rule. I have not created or used any duplicate or additional accounts.

Your reference to Paragraph 9 of your Terms & Conditions does not clarify the situation for me, as I have not engaged in any activity that breaches this or any other clause.
