I had deposited the amount in the option given in the deposit tab, and after direct payment completion through PhonePe it showed me a time of 10 mins. I waited for more than 10 minutes after that, but no money was credited to my account..

I waited for long time and raised a complaint in dafabet they are saying that they didnt receive the money.. its their payment option if not deposited to their account where did the money go.. even if the money not reached to them its their responsibility to check and deposit my amount to my account.. if i have a company and money deposited to my third party account i have to be responsible and refund the amount to my client.. and here dafabet is so irresponsible and they are not even verified my transaction and just saying no money credited to their account..

I have all the proofs for this deposit and am submitting the same to you.. please verify and do needful..and also i had previous concern that theh are saying my deposit and transaction are different when i checked ok its different and i had done the payment showed me to deposit.. and on the day i had made only single and iam not at all confused on that transaction.. even this 1220/- transaction iam very clear.. I had trusted AskGamblers, so I am raising a complaint on Dafabet so I can get a proper solution to this type of fraudster..

Below, I dont see any options to sumit proof. I can submit proofs once u ask by email..

I have proofs of my deposit successful.. and submitted all the proofs.. u dafabet are scamming people by your own deposit defaulters.. i had submitted proofs and i want my money back.. u check with your depositor whom you provided for me to deposit.. i want this money back.. and if this amount is not deposited i wont ever paly with dafabet.. you scammers always do the same even after proofs submitted.. i want my money i dont care what u do..

I request you to take necessary action on dafabet.. this is what dafabet do and loot players money.. iam sure and i had submitted proofs of amount deposited to account provided by dafabet and i had shown transaction details and my bank statement as well.. these fraudsters loot all the money in game as well in deposits.. please do needful.. iam tired of losing money and iam happy to leave this online fraudsters gambling..

Bank never refunds successful transaction.. I deposited in the account given in the dafabet deposit option.. my transaction was successful and money deducted from my account .. if amount is not received means u have to check with your third party person and deposit my amount.. its not my issue.. i had deposited direct to phonepe showed in your deposit column.. it asked to me enter my pin after it showed transaction successful and amount deducted.. and that amount is not deposited to my account.. i want my deposit amount.. i dont care what u do... I want my money.......... I had submitted all the proofs... Along with bank statement.. check with your third party depositor and deposit my account

Dafabet delaying withdrawal even after completing veriifcation

Hi Ask gambler's team,

My earlier complaints were rejected because of gap in your understanding of my problem. Please read the issue in detail below.

Dafabet blocked my withdrawals 10 days back and asked for pan and photo with pan for verification.

I have provided all the necessary documentation required for verification clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines and the documents are verified 4 days ago, but the withdrawals are still not processed. You can check their reply screenshot stating verification is complete.

Since verification is complete, they should be processing my withdrawals but if I ask them to process my withdrawal, I am getting irrelevant replies regarding deposit. I think the bots are replying.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements and the verification is also completed but the issue with withdrawal still remains unresolved. If they want any additional documents for verification I am ready to give them but they are not giving me proper response to resolve the issue. I called them and emailed them but all I am getting is standard deposit bot replies. Please check it yourself in the screenshot.

I kindly request your intervention to help allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Account documents verification taking too long

My dafabet userid is < username removed ?

My withdrawal got declined and reason they gave was to submit account verification documents.

So i uploaded the requested documents in my accounts documents tab ( My id and selfie holding the id ). I uploaded them 4 days ago but till now it is showing documents have been submitted and we are reviewing them. According to them, only account documents verification takes 24-48 hours which has already surpassed and in email also I sent them. But they are sending irrelevant reply like - to validate your deposit concern something.

I am asking them about my verification status and they are replying with deposit concern which is irrelevant.

@askgamblers please intervene and tell dafabet team that documents have already been sent to their team and uploaded to the website but till now the account is not verified and due to that my withdrawal is pending.

@dafabet please verify my account now and process my withdrawal.

I've been emailing them for 4 days, but their response is very lazy, mostly bot-replied emails with non-sync answers as I provided them in Screenshots. I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.
