Deposit successful via UPI but not credited to Dafabet account

Dear AskGamblers,

I am submitting this complaint regarding multiple deposit issues with Dafabet Casino.

I have made deposits via UPI, and although the payments were successfully completed from my bank/Paytm, the amount has not been credited to my Dafabet account.

Transaction Details:
1. Failed Deposit (Not Credited)
Transaction ID: 491188622
Date: 05/02/2026
Amount: ₹1000
Status on Dafabet: Failed
Payment Method: ReserveMoney UPI

However, the payment was successfully debited from my account (proof attached).

2. Pending Deposit (Not Credited)
Transaction ID: 491762182
Date: 08/02/2026
Amount: ₹1000
Status on Dafabet: Pending
Payment Method: Validpay UPI

This amount is also debited successfully but still not credited.

Both transactions show “Sent Successfully” in Paytm.

Support Experience:

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times and submitted all required screenshots, but:

No proper resolution has been provided
Delays are continuous
No clear timeline given

Investigate this issue
Help in getting my deposited amount credited or refunded
Ensure proper response from Dafabet

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
