Hello Team,

I made a deposit of 30,000 and it shows failed. Contacted customer support via email chat and every time I receive message stating we are securing your amount.

I was informed it will be completed in 30 mins but it's been 3 days. I hope askgamblers and dafabet team would resolve my issue at the earliest

I rechecked with my bank and they informed money is successfully sent to source account.

To process further banks are asking for reciever statement.

Kindly send me Adarsh Dixit and Shri Radha rani bank statement to proceed further on my refund.

Will be waiting for the bank statements from your end.

Kindly provide Adarsh Dixit and Shri Radha rani bank statement showing my deposit is not received to further follow up with my bank.

Requesting refund is not a easy process to do. We need strong evidence to show the bank. So @Dafabet please provide the bank account statement of the payment provider or receiver. Without statement we can't proceed it.
