I made a withdrawal request 5 days ago and it is still pending. I think the rules on the website said that it should be done within 1 day. On the other hand, in the withdrawal page it says that it should take up to 72 hours. But it's been 5 days. The livechat support is not useful at all, all they say is that they are doing everything they can, but they cannot estimate how long it's gonna take. I've seen previous complaints with the same issue and they were resolved successfully, I hope it will be the same with mine.

After submitting the complaint, I received an email from the casino to verify my account. It took 6 days since the withdrawal request to ask for the account verification. I successfully verified my account 2 days ago and I still haven't received my funds.
