Casigo casino delayed withdrawal

Withdrawal still pending been 5x with emails and chat support still no email reply back. The casino is saying delays but I'm not getting an answer if with all my verified documents.

The casino had issues for nearly a day the site was not able to be found. Yesterday I finally talked to someone in love hat support but they could not help me at all. I have sent over 5 emails asking for an update on my account. I have 0 replies. I need help in getting $2000. I fairly played also put in over 5000 they took that easily.
