Cashed casino canceling withdrawal request without valid reason
Hello team, I have 3 withdrawals cancelled by cashed casino (withdrawal amount 800 euro ).1st time support agent told that my bank declined payment which is not true as I reached out to my bank and they confirmed that no deposit attempts of 800 were made. 2 and time support agent told me that they have issues with payment provider and asked me to try withdrawal again which was cancelled anyways. 3rd time agent told me that it was cancelled because my account was not verified, but I explained to him that the verification page on my account displayed message "no verification required at this time" he still insisted that after I made withdrawal request it would be available for me, so I made another request but page still displayed same message "no verification required at this time". So I reached out to support chat and asked them how I can verify my account if casino doesn't give me options to upload documents. Support agent checked my account and confirmed that no verification was required at this time, when I asked her why previous support agent insisted it was required she told me "apologies, our agent new still in training". Taking this into consideration I think there bigger problem with cashed casino. Overall I am down 7000 with cashed which is fine but what is unacceptable is that they find different reasons not to pay out. No bonuses were used so there are no wagers requirements + I more than happy to provide documents/bank statements if required. Dear ask gambler could you please look into this? regards
