Hello I would like to complain about an unscrupulous casino that took away my legitimate winnings, without explanation. I won about 2200 euros at bons casino, verified my account and tried to withdraw money from my account. However, the casino took all my winnings, leaving only the deposit, despite the fact that I have verified the account, no explanation I have not received. I ask you to deal with this unscrupulous casino.
Dear all,
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Bons Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We have reviewed this case and would like to provide clarification regarding the actions taken on the player's bonus balance due to a breach of the casino's bonus terms.
The player deposited a substantial amount in order to receive the maximum cash bonus. After activating the bonus, the player began placing high bets on a high-volatility slot in an attempt to secure a significant win. Immediately after receiving a win, the player switched to a low-volatility game to complete the wagering requirements under reduced risk conditions.
Specifically, the player was wagering $12.5 per spin on Goldilocks (high volatility). Immediately after a winning round, the player switched to Magic Stars 5, which has significantly lower volatility, in order to complete the wagering requirements. At the same time, the bet size was reduced progressively to $5–$3–$2 while clearing the bonus.
Such gameplay behavior is considered bonus abuse, as it involves attempting to secure a high win under high-risk conditions and then minimizing risk in order to safely complete wagering requirements.
As a result, the balance was deducted and bonuses were blocked in accordance with the following rules:
29.4. If the Company determines that you are attempting to exploit the lack of necessary information in the Terms accepted by the Company, or that you are abusing or attempting to abuse cashback, bet refunds, bonuses, promotional offers, or other incentives by using prohibited strategies such as:
29.4.4. Any other attempts to gain an advantage in the form of gifts and bonuses from the Company; then
29.4.5. The Company may, at its sole discretion, prohibit, withhold, or refuse to pay you cashback, bet refunds, or any other incentive; change the policy applied to you; temporarily or permanently block your access to the services and/or block your account. The Company is not obliged to reimburse any funds that may be on your account or return any funds lost through betting.
10.5. We may, at any time and without prior notice, deny you access to the Website's services and block your account if we suspect you of fraud or fraudulent activity. In such cases, we are not obligated to return or otherwise compensate any funds on your account.
30.1.7 Promotion abuse
Our casino reserves the right to review transaction history and logs for any reason and at any time. If we determine that the player is using a bonus or any other promotional offer solely to achieve a positive result through known methods aimed at safely wagering the bonus, the player will be immediately deprived of their current real and bonus balances and may be blocked for bonus abuse. This may also include:
Casino:
• Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play.
• Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
• Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements.
• Leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed.
A player making large bets (over 5 USD/EUR/NZD or equivalent in other currencies) to quickly increase the bonus balance and then sharply reducing the bet size without a visible reason and with a sufficient balance may be suspected of using a system that gives an advantage in the game and abusing the bonus. Each such case will be reviewed individually, and the casino administration may take the measures described below. The casino strongly disapproves of such gaming behavior.
We would like to emphasize that our goal is to maintain fair play and equal conditions for all players.
If any player has questions regarding bonus mechanics or wagering requirements, we strongly encourage contacting our support team before proceeding.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Bons Casino
