I requested a withdrawal from blaze on 28.08.23 for €500 and another on 29.08.23 for €100 neither paid. Both are awaiting input. I queried this when it hadn’t been paid as per the casino's time frame and was told to wait until a case was being looked into. The support here is poor I have contacted both in chat and email no one can tell me what the issue is just to wait I was first told it would be paid at the end of the 1st week. Then I was told it would take two weeks both timelines have passed and still no payment. Was in chat five days ago and was told someone would contact me within 48 hrs still nothing. Beyond frustrated as nobody can tell me the issue.
