When I signed up for the account they said the withdrawals were even but didn't tell me how long the team review would take. But I want to withdraw money and they asked me to verify KYC and I completed the verification. But they still won't process the withdrawal. The reason is that they "have not heard from the superiors". They keep me waiting. Endless waiting...
