I submitted a withdrawal request of €1000 11 days ago on Betnflix. It has been cancelled 4 times now, but the last two times it has been cancelled I have had no notification or request for further documentation. Twice they have asked for further documentation, which has been provided in a timely manner.
I'm only getting vague responses from customer support about being patient.
T&C's state that the withdrawal should be processed within 72 hours.
