Casino refuses to verify my account and payout
Simple as that. I submitted documents and withdrawal request on 2.6.2022, and I've been getting the same canned response every time I inquire about it.
Lately, they decided to ban me from contacting live support, and they haven't answered any of my emails.
The latest excuses were that their department is flooded with account requests, which seems incredibly odd as there isn't much gaming activity based on their win-showcase reel. Not sure how I'm supposed to provide any proof as they won't allow me to access their customer support, they refuse to send me logs from my chats, and I'm just not getting any replies.
I know that I'm banned from chat since my fetch/xhr calls returned banned responses.
