Dear BC.Game Support Team,
I am writing to express my concern and request urgent assistance regarding my BC.Game account (< personal information removed ).
About a month ago, my account was accessed in an unauthorized manner. For the safety of my funds and personal information, I immediately contacted your support team via chat and requested a temporary deactivation of my account, which was acknowledged at the time.
However, since then, I have made multiple requests to have my account reactivated. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from the support team, despite reaching out through both chat and email. I also contacted my VIP host, Luka, but no assistance has been provided from that end either.
As a loyal user who has even referred a valuable VIP customer to your platform, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication.
I kindly urge the BC.Game team to look into this matter and help me regain access to my account. The temporary deactivation was done purely for safety reasons, and I now wish to resume using my account.
Please treat this request as urgent and provide the necessary support.
