I withdrew on this date 08/03/2024
BC.Game shows that the withdrawal payment is successful but I have not received the withdrawal payment in my account...
I tried many times to complain to live customer service but they said to me your payment has been received in my account.
I sent a statement many times and they always send me your payment is a success but I have not received payment in my account.
