Hi,
At the end of October, I tried to make a withdrawal from BC.Game but it was rejected.
When I contacted support they told me to submit KYC via email. I received the submit form and filled it out on 31 October.
Then I wrote them three more emails telling them that I had sent my documents but did not receive any response. I tried contacting live support but every time they said something different, like "All communications are via email, we can't help on KYC issues here, be patient".
So I kept waiting.
A week ago when I wrote to live chat again, they told me "Sorry for the delay, I will follow up with the issue" But nothing happened.
Now it's been 3 weeks already and I think it's just not normal.
Today I sent one more email, but I'm sure that I will not receive any response again.
I included some screenshots of this communication. It's always, please be patient, please wait.., but I can't wait for months, it's not normal. So I don't know what to do.

There is nothing about ignorance here, and I can assure you of that. The KYC of your friend (who tipped you) is not received. I can give you the username gucci they have asked for it, but it has not yet been completed. Once they complete the KYC, only then can we unlock all accounts, including yours and those of your friends."
I dont even know who is "gucci", it was probably years ago and he did not send me any tips. Also it is ridiculous that you face these problems when you help casino and make refferals join them.

This gucci guy for sure did not even submit KYC or anything and now they unlock account because I kept submitting complaints on every possible site.
Its just total mess. Live support is completely useless, they cant help on any problem and always just tell different thing and to wait. Worse online casino expierence I had, not recommend this to anyone. Glad it's over now. Ty askgamblers and gl!
