I am writing to formally complain about an issue I have experienced with a recent deposit to my BC.Game account. I initiated a transfer of 500 PKR from my JazzCash account, intending to credit this amount to my BC.Game wallet. The transaction was successfully completed on my end, and the funds were debited from my JazzCash account. However, despite the successful transfer, the 500 PKR has not been credited to my BC.Game account.
I have checked my BC.Game transaction history multiple times, and there is no record of this deposit. The funds seem to be in a state of limbo, having left my JazzCash account but never arriving at their intended destination. This situation is causing me significant frustration and concern. I rely on a seamless and secure transaction process, and this failure to credit my account has undermined my confidence in the platform.
I have attached a screenshot of the transaction from my JazzCash account as proof of the successful transfer. The transaction details, including the transaction ID and the amount, are clearly visible. I kindly request that you investigate this matter with the utmost urgency. Please trace the transaction and ensure that the 500 PKR is credited to my BC.Game account as soon as possible.
