Funds taken away

Good day,

I just want to raise a complaint on BC.Game casino for unfairly taking my funds even after winning a bet. I've contacted numerous of their customer service representative to which they kept trying to shove me away and passing me around. They promised a maximum of 2 days to resolve the issue and to which they didn't adhere. I've been very understanding and patient during the whole process but I don't think they even have the will to fix the issue of which whether it was a software glitch or maybe they really took my fund, that it feels like it is a fraudulent behavior. I humbly ask for your help as I feel that this is the last resort I have to retrieve the fund that was taken away from me. Thank you for your kind consideration.

The result was 2:2 , therefore both bets lost.

There were some incorrect reports that the game ended 2:1
