Hello, I waited a week to make this complaint. I tried every way to contact support and they always gave me standard answers.
The problem started when I went to make a withdrawal worth 0.45 BNB, I had profited $1000+ that day, 24 hours passed and it was denied, after that, I could no longer make any withdrawals, the chat was silenced, rain and the tip derived.
No one from support was able to resolve it, they asked me to send an email to [email protected] with the username, email, txid, IP address, and device. And again standard answer without resolution.
I have KYC verified, no referral, no other account, almost a year of account, and playing every day with level 50. I never broke any rules, certainly, the auditor was having a bad day and chose me to take out his anger.
I have always praised BC Games in groups and argued with anyone who spoke negatively about BC and I have this frustrating surprise.
