Account blocked after withdrawal attempt and lack of communication

Dear AskGamblers Administration,

Approximately six months ago, my BC.Game account was abruptly blocked immediately after I attempted to withdraw funds. At the time of the blocking, my account held approximately 800 US dollars.

Since the account block, I have made multiple persistent attempts to contact BC.Game's support team. I have sent numerous emails to the address provided in the account blocking notification. Crucially, I have not received a single response to any of these emails. I can provide evidence of these unanswered messages to BC.Game's technical support email address. The complete lack of communication over such an extended period, especially with funds held in the account, is a serious cause for concern and frustration.

I possess proof of all my attempts to contact BC.Game, including screenshots of the emails I sent and the account blocking notification. I am ready to provide all necessary materials to substantiate my claims.

I kindly request a clear explanation for the blocking of my account and information regarding the status of my funds, which amount to approximately 800 US dollars.
