I registered with 888 Casino on the 2nd of Feb and deposited 40 pound into my account and won 100 pound. I then withdrew the 100 back to my bank. Later that night i had an email from Cassava Enterprises saying my account had been blocked due to other closed accounts acrsoss their network. I then emailed them back to check my withdrawal will still go through and have had no reply. I then chatted online with 888 and they said my withdrawal will still go through. 888 now inform me Cassava have cancelled my withdrawal and put the money back into my 888 account which i can't access. I don't know what to do, they have 100 pound of my money which i won fair and square. I want my money!!!!
Chances haven't been used, so the complaint is considered withdrawn and the case solved!
