Unreasonable Verification Requests and Withholding of Winnings
I created my account on 31 October and completed the welcome bonus. After finishing the wagering, I won 15,078 NOK.
I requested a withdrawal on 1 November.
On 3 November, I was asked to verify my account. I submitted the requested documents immediately. However, my withdrawal was declined the same day without a clear explanation.
Then, on 17 November, I was asked again to verify my account with a new document. This time, 55Bet demanded proof that I “topped up NodaPay.”
I have never used NodaPay in my life and I have told them this multiple times.
I deposited using Revolut, and I provided full bank statements clearly showing the deposit made to their site. Despite this, they repeatedly decline the statement and keep insisting I must upload a “proof of top-up to NodaPay” - a document that is impossible for me to provide, because I never used that service.
They refuse to explain what NodaPay is, why they believe I used it, or what exact proof they expect. Instead, they keep giving me the same copy-paste answer telling me to upload a document that does not exist.
My withdrawal has now been blocked for weeks, and the casino is demanding documentation for a payment method I never used. This feels like a tactic to delay or avoid paying out legitimate winnings.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue.
I am fully verified everywhere else, I have submitted all real documents I have, and I simply cannot provide proof for a service I never used.
All I want is to receive my rightful winnings of 15,078 NOK.
