My withdrawal request was approved by the financial department almost immediately after requesting it and it has been stuck on the side of the payment processor for over 30 hours now.

They keep giving me the same answer to "Be patient, you will have your money in a bit"

The withdrawal is stuck and nobody is doing anything about it!!

it's only the one withdrawal for 0.002 btc that has been pending since 07/24/2023 at 4:54 am. I have countless emails of me attempting to explain to them that there is clearly a technical issue that has caused my withdrawal to get stuck and they give me nothing but the same responses every time, which i tried to show as much of as i could in the 10 photos i was allowed to upload to this complaint. we have been going in circles and circles for 2 days now.
