Hello,
I have requested a withdrawal of $3000 CAD on Sunday, February 12th. The withdrawal was approved and "sent" on the same day, along with the confirmation email. I've had all my documents approved, but today there is still no sign of the funds on my credit card. I have contacted support many times, and have received the same response every time: we will get in contact with our payment provider and will contact you as soon as possible. However, I still haven't received an email back. Please help me in resolving this issue.
