I made a few deposits no problem until i tryed to make a withdrawal!!!suddenly account blocked and all of a sudden its a security chek!!!
I have sent all docs/copys they have asked for bank statment,proof of address etc etc i also explained i have a new card due to a fruad attempted on my card.
Yep you got it they sent a e mail bac say we require the old card lol its clearly a scam not to payout.
I have now downloaded the complaint form for the gibralter regulatory authority to start official complaint however i may also lodge a complaint with the uk police as its clear a fruad has occured
