I do only play at this casino.
After playing for a long time at MrGreen I won 6000,- NOK 6/6-18
Made a withdrawel same day.
Asking my bank for the transaction, and they told me its not alowed to withdrawal from casinos in Norway anymore.
Told MrGreen by mail and online-supports alot of times. Sent pictures of my bank accounts alot of times.
They havnt answered one single mail!
And now... my transaction history went from NOK 6400,- to 0,-
No money in bank, no money in MrGreen account.
Its hard when they dont answer mails and online chats only forwards chat histories to economy-people.
Im so tired of mails and chats.
I got screenshots of all happenings seens 6/6.
What should I do? I dont want to set more money into MrGreen when they deletes prices.

MrGreen now returned the money to my player account. I will now try another
alternative for withdraw.

I've just had a look at your account and your case with us at Mr Green this morning and found that your funds has been returned to your account. It seems that the issue was with the fact that there were some incorrect accounts details entered for your card, which has been deleted and should now be working to withdraw to.
