Holding my winnings and poor customer service

Well, what a disappointing experience, I have used William hill plenty of times before which I’ve never had any issues with playing and withdrawing, fast payouts, I am not sure why I have given mr green chance, as it has been a disaster up to you, actually to the point where it’s causing severe stress because of the customer service being provided, 10 days and I have been lied and lied too about my withdraw, I deposited £1500 into the site and withdrew £4300.

I have sent bank statements, proofs of ID, holding it next to my face, license passport debit card photos you name it, nothing is ever good enough, I am being asked to send stuff in which is physically impossible for bank to even provide to me, it is a absolute disgrace, I’ve had enough now where I’ve got to the point where it feels like you’ll never send the winnings and that I’ll just have been scammed and lost all my money.

I’m hoping it can be resolved as the games are very good and enjoyable, however the customer service is the worst I have received to date and all they want to do is lie to you. I was also told in live chat my documents were all accepted and verified; this is when I was also told I would receive my withdrawal last week, I have emailed the second opinion email so hopefully something gets sorted, but for now I cannot even login to my account and they don’t seem to be very quick at answering emails.

I provided everything they ask for and then something new appears that’s not even possible to get. I have chat proof from them; it’s crazy now

4.2 The Gaming Operator reserves the right, acting reasonably, to suspend or terminate your Player Account where we are unable to complete these Checks to our satisfaction.

This is the final outcome and your deposits have been refunded and if they don't reach your account by end of today then they will bounce back to us and we will process them to a different bank account for you.

I would never recommend mr green to anyone. Read there reviews on trustpilot: everyone says the same and they just get away with it, asking for the impossible of verification, things that are impossible for anyone to even get, they are scamming me out of my winnings, 40 days after I actually withdrew, my hard earned money entered into there site with no problem where they wouldn’t of gave it back if I lost it to not pay out. Absolutely shocking. I cannot belive sites can get away with this. Excuse after excuse, 3 bank statements, 2 different ID’s, 3 proof of address, photo with my ID, photo of cards, asking for the impossible.


The worst experience I’ve ever had and I can’t believe as a big company you can get away with it

Mr Green 5360 euro locked after KYC no reply from ID or Complaints team
Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Mr Green account, which currently has €5,360 locked due to a pending address verification.

On October 16, I emailed [email protected]
with a full explanation and attached all required verification documents (photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address). In that email, I clarified that I had mistakenly entered my father’s address during registration, but my official registered address is my mother’s residence, and I attached proof confirming this.

The same day I received an automated reply from Mr Green, confirming receipt of my message and stating that I would get a response within 72 hours. However, no one ever contacted me.

After 10 days with no reply, I sent a reminder email on October 26 to the same address.
Then, on October 27, I also contacted [email protected]
to escalate the matter — still without any response.

As of today, more than three weeks have passed, and my account remains restricted despite me having provided all required KYC documents and explanations.

I have also reviewed other complaints from customers on AskGamblers, and it’s clear that this is not the first time Mr Green has failed to respond to verification or payment-related issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Requested resolution:

Complete my KYC verification.

Unlock my account.

Release my balance of €5,360 immediately.

All documents and correspondence are attached below as evidence.
