I am writing this today, to hopefully warn others about this casino. I have since July been trying to get my money out of this casino. I have been in touch with livechat weekly, who have been very friendly and understanding. I will attach a couple screenshots below from my conversations with them. They keep telling me over and over that nothing is wrong with my account, but that they are not getting any response from the payment department. Since my first interaction with them in July, I was told that I will be updated by e-mail shortly. But I have not received any information from them on e-mail, and for updates/information (there has been none) I have been forced to enter livechat myself and ask.

Mind you I am pleased with the politeness and how friendly livechat is, and understand they are not to blame for this. I do however believe MrGreen are deliberately delaying my withdrawal. Waiting 2 months for my money when my account is fully verified and not being updated regarding anything is not only extremely annoying, it impacts ones life. I hope this complaint will make them speed this up, so I can get this problem out of my life.

That's a very interesting answer from you. Instead of waiting until 1 hour left to reply here, and then sending an automated message exposing that you haven't spent 5 seconds looking into my matter, you could have instead shown willingness to treat your customers right. Below is my e-mail to the mentioned address by you 1 month ago, and the nonsense answer I received 2 days after (nothing happened since).

What you just told me to do, did not work. Is this normal behavior from you guys?

From the screenshot we can see that email was sent to another distro and not directly to our Complaints Team on int_se­­co­n­d­­_­­op­­­in­i­­­on­­@­m­­rg­­­r­ee­­­n.com. Please use this emails address to raise your concern and make sure to include information that will help the team resolve it for you in a timely manner, such as date of the withdrawal request, amount, payment method used etc.

I have been in touch with the second hand opinion team of MrGreen. But I have been before as well, so don't want this complaint to close until my money has been paid in full.

Mind you I have been told this every week since July, so I am kindly asking AskGamblers to keep my complaint open until I have been paid. I will update here immediately when anything new happens.

This is really getting out of hand now. I would never in my wildest dream imagine that such a serious MGA licensed bookmaker would treat their customers like this. At this point I am blatantly being scammed. I'm assuming writing a report to MGA is my next step here.
