I am writing this today, to hopefully warn others about this casino. I have since July been trying to get my money out of this casino. I have been in touch with livechat weekly, who have been very friendly and understanding. I will attach a couple screenshots below from my conversations with them. They keep telling me over and over that nothing is wrong with my account, but that they are not getting any response from the payment department. Since my first interaction with them in July, I was told that I will be updated by e-mail shortly. But I have not received any information from them on e-mail, and for updates/information (there has been none) I have been forced to enter livechat myself and ask.
Mind you I am pleased with the politeness and how friendly livechat is, and understand they are not to blame for this. I do however believe MrGreen are deliberately delaying my withdrawal. Waiting 2 months for my money when my account is fully verified and not being updated regarding anything is not only extremely annoying, it impacts ones life. I hope this complaint will make them speed this up, so I can get this problem out of my life.
