Betfair Casino - Closed my account with $3000 balance without any justification

My betfair online account has been closed without any reason, I have 3000+ US $ in my account. On checking with the betfair team, only say its a management decision.
The account was active till i try to withdraw my money, when i did not able to get the money I have reported to the betfair team and they initially they get back to me saying the amount will be in my account in 5-6 working days time, on not receiving the money i approached them again and on their request i have provided all the document they have requested.

I need justice and this is fraud.

Thank team for your response,
Its very unfortunate that the issue has not been resolved. Betfair team has is not able to provide any reason why the amount put on hold.I am sorry but, betfair is not following any ethics to their business. I have apparently updated them that this is fraud and would be reported to respective legal authorities.
I will also discourage the gamers to be away from Betfair as now I can find there are similar experiences with lots of people, where the casino block once account with all the invested/winning money.

Unfortunately, Betfair Casino didn't provide the necessary information to AskGamblers Complaints Team so that the complaint could be adequately reviewed and decided. Obviously, we have no other option but to close the complaint as Unresolved and recommend a player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body responsible for Betfair Casino. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.
