Hi, I recently signed up to Betfair and played a bit, mixture of winning and losing. I then got a email on the 5/2/20 saying my account was suspended and they needed documents to verify me. I had already deposited and withdrawn on the account before this. Anyway i sent the documents off via the web chat. its been over 10 days now and the web chat offers no help but the typical response " its with another department" I just want to be able to use and play/withdraw my money. I've sent the documents about 5 times over now and nothing, no emails, not a word back.
