For over one month they don't answer my email.

I want to sort out with them why one withdrawal of 600 euro is missing, but they dont want to help. They dont even tell me why they dont help. Have i done something wrong? When i aks in chat they every time tell me to email. And ive done that. Many times! But im totally ignored without explanation.

I also asked them some other questions, but it's the same. No answer!!

That withdrawal we have allready agreed about that ive got. That withdrawal was made 29/9 but paid out 18/10.

As you say in mail:

After that i made a new withdrawal 14/10 of 600 (unique) and one 28/10 of 600 (ma chance) Only one of this 600 i have got. The other one is missing. I dont know which one.

Im happy i could finally get contact from you again. Been working like crazy for that. Terrible.

Dear customer

Thank you for your confirmation.
As we told you here, above " your payment was processed by the bank on 18.10.21"
Please can you explain your request, what is the issue exactly? You have recieved it one month ago now.
if you want to ask for a new withdrawal , or if you have any other question, please ask the casino support directly , thank you.

Why ask in the casino support? Here i get answer. There i not.

ok. I´ve made three withdrawals of 600:

1) 28/9 which you sent me receipt on and i got that money to my bank 18/10. So that one you dont have to think about anymore.
2) 28/10 (ma chance)
3) 14/10 (unique)

About the two withdrawals i made 28/10 and 14/10. Ive only got one of them to my bank. It was 1/11 i got that.. So, that 600 is either the withdrawal from 28/10 or the withdrawal from 14/10. I dont know which one. But what i do know is that one of the 600 euro withdrawals is missing.

Sooo totally ive made three withdrawals of 600 but have only received two of them.

I think you know you had big problems with your payment-provider att this time. So its not so chocking it went like this. But you should at least be little more cooperative i think. Ive spend so much time with this now, totally crazy.

After double checking, you did not received the payout approved on the 15.10 for 600€
Funds were credited to your player account , you need to make a new withdrawal request again .
Please do it today and it will be approved tomorrow

Regarding the second brand you have to contact their customer support and they will solve your problem too.

It doesnt work to withdraw now because it says maximum withdrawal is 0.

Its going to be fixed now. Im going to get the money,. Ive talked with Unique on phone.

Im very happy this finally got resolved. Big thank you to askgamblers. And little thank you to Unique that at least could admit it was wrong from their side. Could be worse at another Casino.
