First they didn’t communicate until I reported them here, then they did and now they aren’t again. They called me about a bonus offer, I deposited several times and suddenly couldn’t deposit anymore despite only depositing less than £400 lifetime total in the account. I tried to change my deposit limit to £1000 a month and nothing happened; I tried to call them back on the number I was called from twice and was told I will be called back ‘in a timely manner’ by the automated response. No calls back, cannot deposit and really find the site awful to use.
How can a casino operate with a useless bot and staff who don’t communicate?

They still haven’t contacted me and are impossible to get through to. Even if you try to call them back from numbers they’ve called you on previously, you never get an answer or a call back. The only contact I’ve had with these people are to give me a worthless tournament entry and responsible gambling when they aren’t needed.
Imagine having money to withdraw from these guys! I would have to lodge at least one more complaint to AskGamblers!
This casino has a lot of games and lots of offers but the customer support is basically non existent.

They made one phone call which I couldn’t answer at the time. They are demanding much detail about my finances because I’ve spent £400 since I opened the account. I emailed them and told them I won’t be providing anything and to let the limit stay at £400 a month. I am still getting daily notifications telling me to deposit for 250 spins! I’ve told them via email to please stop sending me these but as usual, no reply.
You cannot get through to these people unless you log a complaint on AskGamblers. God help anyone who wants to withdraw from these people!
Also, you will never ever get through to a human with their live chat and their robot, Marcus, is the most inept chat bot I’ve ever come across.

I can only imagine the nightmares I’ll endure were I to play on this site and actually win anything and withdraw it. I’m watching what happens with the latest complaint about withdrawals before I decide what to do.
My suspicion is that this casino will get many complaints and that it will be due to their awful response times and useless live chat facility.
