Swift Casino - No communication again

First they didn’t communicate until I reported them here, then they did and now they aren’t again. They called me about a bonus offer, I deposited several times and suddenly couldn’t deposit anymore despite only depositing less than £400 lifetime total in the account. I tried to change my deposit limit to £1000 a month and nothing happened; I tried to call them back on the number I was called from twice and was told I will be called back ‘in a timely manner’ by the automated response. No calls back, cannot deposit and really find the site awful to use.

How can a casino operate with a useless bot and staff who don’t communicate?

The issue is that you do not respond on your site. You have a robot called Marcus who is completely useless, you tell customers that they will be connected to a person and no one responds.

You don’t reply to emails, you don’t answer the phone!

All you do is try to use AskGamblers as a secretarial site.

You are also not paying people money you owe them from other complains I can see which are currently active.

None of the above makes me want to use your site at all. I think you should be shut down. AskGamblers should blacklist you at the very least.

I won’t consider my case resolved until I see that I can live chat with a human on your support portal or get some emails that actually respond to the ones I’ve written and remain unanswered.

Your current level of communication is unacceptable and no one should be using your site.

Swift Casino - Withdrawal communication regarding my winning 194000 GBP

I won £194,000 on 16th March and have been paid out £5000 x 3 times via Apple Pay as this was the method of deposit. And £5000 x 1 wire transfer.

Customer service said once you’ve requested the max amount of £5000 then email in to increase the amount.

I have emailed in 4 x to increase and each time only £5000 has been withdrawn.

This time I emailed to say I was unhappy at the pace of withdrawals so I said I want my whole balance. To which they responded that they needed my wire details. I gave it and surprise surprise only £5000 has been transferred via wire? Which will take 2-7 days when Apple Pay is instant.

I don’t know what to do with Swift Casino.

I want the full amount withdrawn into my account and every time they ask for me to manually ask for the max amount and then promise they will pass on increasing withdrawals to the relevant department and don’t.

They need to give me step-by-step instructions on how to proceed to get my own money. Over 2 weeks only £15,000 deposited into my account out of £194,000. £5000 is in thin air whilst it takes its time to reach my account.

I want to keep Apple Pay for the maximum withdrawal amount unless it’s the full amount then I don’t mind wire payment.

Please answer the following questions. Do not skip one question.

Do u request the full amount again? What reassurances do I have if it will be increased? Isn’t this type of practice illegal according to the gambling commissions' process of withdrawals?
