This is my problem I'm playing online casino which is the site of swiftcasino I'm trying to withdraw my balance and the casino didn't allow me I'm already verified as a player I but if you trying to withdraw the casino ask me again to verified I verified 5 times and if I'm gonna try to contact them no one reply my email my chat in casino but they email promos and if I want to ask for help they gonna let you to talk to a bot as always.

So please I just want my win prize get its been a month since I want to get it I hope I'm gonna assure a response on you guys thank you.
