I managed to win on Stakewin, and I made some withdrawals,

I put my withdrawal of 500€ on 21.11 and their process is 3 days, today is 26.11 and my withdrawal has not been processed yet.

Support telling the same phrases, but don’t explain what is happening. It’s very scary to play in a casino that doesn’t pay and doesn’t explain why they hold withdrawals.

Also, there is no information about it in their terms and conditions.

Please help me to resolve it, since I just want to receive my winnings

I would like to update amount of complaint to 6000€ since I’m sure that their delays will continue.

In 14 days I managed to withdraw 1000€ and I’m sure they will delays other withdrawals as much as they can so make me loss my winnings which is against any terms and conditions and responsible gambling
I would like to state that
1. My account is verified and I was never asked for additional document
2. It’s not possible that second withdrawal will take 6 days to be approved (when it’s was checked everything already)
I want to have guarantees that they will approved withdrawals according to what they are saying (screenshot above)
Also, as I can see it’s not the first time they are doing this (screenshot above)
I hope that askgamblers team would take a careful look on this case since I already contacted their license as well
And final I don’t want them to process my withdrawals immediately 2-3 days is fine like their support is saying but 6-7 is absurd.
