Previously Accepted Withdrawal stopped by technical issue

My issue is that I have tried to withdraw my winnings from Spinch Casino since June 27th. On June 28th it got accepted the first time. Then shortly after, I get an email stating that it has been cancelled due to a technical reason. I then try again, same story on June 30th. I then ask customer support to assist, but they tell me to try another method like skrill or Mifinity. In the meantime I searched for my Mifinity details because I haven't used that in a long time. While doing so, I try to withdraw to another bank account of mine in another bank (because maybe the error was on my side - support don't inform me of anything even though I ask a lot and very specifically on what to do).
I then have to wait 48 hours again because that is how it is apparently. So on July 2nd get another message just stating that it's been cancelled and I should abide by the previous message (choosing another method). and that they do not make bank transfers to Danish Bank Accounts.
Now I have finally found my login details for Mifinity. So, I quickly make a withdrawal request to that and get a hold on support, to ask them to try to process it. I get asked to send in proof of my ownership of that Mifinity account. I do pass the KYC check on this one also - but... I have to wait 48 hours again.
So to sum up:
- First withdrawal request was created 27th of June
- Accepted on 28th June - Canceled because of Tech Issue
- On July 2nd I get informed that it is not possible for Spinch to make withdrawals to Danish Bank Accounts. I need to use my Mifinity wallet, which gets verified same day
- On July 2nd I created my withdrawal request as per their instructions - I have to wait 48 hours
Today 04th of July I write support approx. 48,5 hours after my withdrawal request it has not yet been processed. "It will be processed shortly" - And 10 min later, it is just canceled with no explanation.
I am now clearly frustrated and contacted support again. Guess what, he wants me to use Bank Account as my withdrawal.
Sum up
- On July 4th (Today), my withdrawal request gets cancelled without any explanation - Support then tell me to withdraw to my Bank Account instead (Which they two days earlier told me was impossible)
- The amount is €2700
