Rolling Slots is failing to deliver the deposit data I am requesting for.

I’ve emailed them 10 times with no avail, the first message being sent back in April. I’ve contacted their live chat support as well, only to being told to send another email and wait.

I think they are demanded by law to give me my data, so they are certainly violating some terms and conditions here.

I can provide screenshots from my email inbox, where you can see no response have been sent by them.

We received your request, which contained the following information:


The Finnish Tax Authority has ordered me to deliver complete player statistics including all bets, wins, deposits, and withdrawals from the complete year of 2021.

Please be informed that as a casino, operated under the Curaçao license, we are not referring to European law in GDPR.

We are not obligated to disclose requested information or provide it to third-party authorities if there were no official request from this part.

As it specified in our Terms & Conditions:

- All data given by any user/customer will be kept secure, will not be sold or given to anyone else. Only if forced by law, or to prevent money laundering, data may be shared with the AML-authority of the affected state.

Moreover, all the information regarding your deposits/withdrawals should be visible in your payment method, that was used by you for placing deposits in our casino. Please, contact your payment provider to get this kind of information or check it by yourself in statement.

Furthermore, as you requested permanent closure at 3rd September 2021 we are not obligated to store such data for more than six months.

Also, you never pass the verification and never shared with us with any personal documents, that can be used to identify you as a personality.
