I recently (19th October) made two withdrawals of 125£ and 400£ Which was apparently successful which I still haven’t received, I contacted them by email and they said they can’t do anything as it’s gone missing and I should contact my bank. My bank said they can’t do anything with payments going into my account and I should resolve it with Rolletto which they haven’t given me any help in sorting out this problem only to tell me it was successful from their side which clearly isn’t the case.
Other withdrawals below 100£ have been successful previously but When it’s a larger withdrawal it suddenly goes “missing”.
