Hi all,
Played Big Bad Wolf on 14th June, luckily won big over £19k played a few rounds and won a little more & lost a bit.
Stopped and decided to withdraw £20k.
My account is verified & have an email from Redbet to confirm this. also have screen shot with the winning round id/transaction id showing it was a cash wager.
My VIP account manager congratulated me & said it was with the payments team/senior manager was looking at it due to it been a big withdrawal/win.
The VIP account manager has done her best and emailed me daily "no news" & apologies for delay.
I went on Redbet chat today, to be informed "it's with the payments team" also went along to add Quick Spin have requested a game play check... i have never heard this before!! and funds won't be processed till they give the green light.
i have screen shots of chats, withdrawals pending, transaction ID's showing the win & emails saying i'm verified.
