Hi, Rabona won't withdrawal, Mastercard failed, bank transfer failed and funds was given back to account. Customer support just copy paste answers.
I first tried Mastercard withdrawal( same as deposit method). It failed and they ask to bank transfer, I used correct iban and bank details, and after 4-5 days funds are back at account, then asked to mail them bank details to they will manually withdrawal money and I didn't get any answer.
Please help me!
