Payout issue with PlaZilla

I deposited money maybe a month back. I won maybe 1.5k or 2K on their sportsbook, UFC bets. They quickly limited me as sportsbook often does. However, when I went for a withdrawal, that's when issues started. I have tried 2-3 times a week talking to customer live chat, which have referred me to an email address. So far 5 weeks have passed and my 2.4K is still locked up in the account without being able to withdraw the money. I thought I would let them resolve whatever it was, but after 5 weeks, I'm pretty confident they don't have any motivation to give me my money. 2.4K its a pretty hefty sum for you to steal from someone, I'm a little bit in shock tbh. But hey, welcome to PlayZilla I suppose?

Dear Playzilla, Askgamblers,

5 min ago i received a deposit of 500 euro. Unfortunately, this is not the whole transaction of 2400 euros.

I know Playzilla has a limit of 500 euros, but in this instant when the situation def needs to have a satisfactory solution and also after taking 5-6 weeks to clarify, will it not be in everyone interest, to make a full transaction of whats left on the account which is 1898 euro on the account balance?

If not possible, when can the customer, expect a full transaction of the remaining 1898 euros?

I can confirm that this is correct, Playzilla has sent me an email, asking of my address, as of now, theres no transaction. I will come back with more information if the transaction is fully completed.
