Hiding their Responsible Gaming account tools on purpose

I recently joined your casino. And I am very dissappointed to find out that you are hiding the most important tool for your players. Which is to set limits on the account. First when I joined I didn't put any limits on my account, because I didn't have the intention to play a lot of money. After a while I put quite a lot in my account already. I have tried searching for the tools on my account which I wasn't able to. Then I decided to contact live support after a while, which didn't work either. So after putting more and more money in my account. I decided to stop gambling using your website. And contacted live support for the last time. I was able to connect through them and I asked them how I could set up limits on my account. I was surprised that I was given a 'private' link that allowed me to set up my own limits, when this should be accesible for all the players. This happend to me before at a different casino, and they gave me my deposits back. Therefore, I am opening a case against you. This is not fair against your players.
Based on the above I will make a claim on 335 EUR (This is only a part of my total deposits)
