Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

On 16.05 i made a 25€ deposit on Lucky Days Casino with the welcome bonus. The 25 were not credited to my account til today. After i noticed it i tried to contact the support immediately and opened a ticket (live support not available on this side?). I haven't got an answer from Lucky Days Casino. So i tried to contact them again and opened until today 2 more tickets but anything happened.

I don't have an idea where the problem is since i never had a problem like this. As long as the support is not answering me it's hard for me to find the reason.

I'm looking forward for a statement.

Our customer support team have replied to each of your emails including the one sent on the 16th May and 20th of May expressly requesting a copy of your bank statement showing this transaction. Apologies if you have not been receiving our emails, have you checked in your spam folder also incase they are filtered there.

Yeah i checked my spam folder aswell. Haven't received one E-Mail of your support team at all.
The bank statement showing the transaction is in the attachement below. I hope we can solve this as soon as possible.
