Hi, i made a withdrawal request on the 6th of march for £265 which they started processing on the 10th. the time limit they gave was 3-5 days but i’ve still not received my payment. The only thing they say is that they are aware and they are having problems with the company that processes payments. I would just like to know when i will receive my payment as £100 of that money is my own deposit.
