Hello guys i hope you can help me with this issue:


So i deposited 40€ with the 100% playngo bonus on their site.. (they are offering this bonus several times per week!) after finishing wager i had a great amount of 850€ left on my casino account . ready to withdrawal! So i decided to cash it out onto my ecopayz account.

After 2 weeks of not getting any response, no emails, no nothing i came to live chat asking about my withdrawal and why its taking so long. They said they sent me email with the reasons for declined payment and they completely deleted my winnings of 850€!!!! As i said i DID NOT get any emails from them. After asking live chat about the email and if they could sent it again so i can see what i did wrong ( 100% i did nothing wrong , only played playngo) but just nothing came in after 1 month of waiting.

So this is my last instance here .. and i hope you can help me with this issue . cause the 850€ are a fortune to me ://

It seems they completely ignoring all facts and just dont want to pay :(

We have both informed you about this case via separate emails regarding the details and the proof of the Terms that were breached in this case.

Shortly, JOKL420 during his interaction with our company has breached our Promotion Terms and our General Terms.

Specifically, during the week from 05/08/2019 - 11/08/2019 received 16 total bonuses, out of which 11 Best New Casino Reload Bonus and 5 Cashback Bonus.

4. Reload Casino bonus is available up to 4 times per week and

11. General Terms and Conditions apply.

The above Term combined with our General Terms and specifically Term
11.4. For the purposes of this paragraph 11:

c) Bonus Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

i. breach of terms and conditions of a bonus, free bets or any other promotional offer

ii. the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;

iii. all bonuses are subject to bonus use limitation based on the bonus engine, and, unless stated otherwise, they shouldn't be used more that 6 times per calendar month; if for any reason a bonus code is used by an individual player over that amount the company reserves the right to further investigate bonus abusing pattern and deduct bonus winnings

Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, company reserves the right to:

i. forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or

ii. revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or

iii. block an access to particular products, and/or

iv. exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or

v. terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.


Having said the above, this particular customer managed to win the amount of €876.81 during his 8th bonus on the same week, which is a direct breach of this promotion's bonus terms and therefore we were forced to take action and reject his pending withdrawal.

All of these details have been already communicated to the customer since the 12th of August, the day of the rejection, as he already knows by the email we sent him yesterday, which included our initial email to him.
