Hello my name is < full name removed > and I would like to file a compliant against Campeonbet.com for not releasing my winnings.

I started playing on their planform on 14/4/2023 with a deposit of 264.04. My winnings are now at 882.38. I completed all my kyc requirements prior to starting using the platform and there was not an issue until I requested to withdraw my funds on 26/06/2023. I was asked for further KYC documents which I immediately provided. Each with request I am ask for another piece of information.

Now my request is pending and Campeonbet is no longer responding.

Please help with this issue I have documented all the proof.

So after waiting 11 days I recieved another email denying my documents I uploaded to prove identity.
I was told to go into my mobile app and take a screenshot and send it to them. Now I got another email saying
that they want it from my desktop. So they cancelled my 27/6/2023 withdraw request. Pushing my withdraw
date further back. I did not argue or complain I sent what they requested but I have no doubt there will be another
request for something.
