I need support with Campeonbet, for some unknown reason, at the beginning of September I was limited with them just when I did a 4,000MXN deposit (something close to 200USD), they limited me to do bets up to 20-40MXN (1-2 USD). I already played with them back in August, so this was not my first deposit with them and my account is fully verified.
Of course this limit situation made me loss the interest of playing with them, so I decided to withdraw all my money and get it back. So, I gave up their 100% bonus (4,000 MXN / 200USD) and submitted my request. A couple of days after that, I got a rejection and an email was sent to me with the following text:
"We would like to inform you that the payments department has canceled your withdrawal and the amount has been returned to your account.
In order for your withdrawals to be processed you must first wager your deposits as per our Terms & Conditions:
62.10 Before ordering the first payment, the player must bet 100% of the payment as a deposit of money amount at a minimum of 1.50 odd.
63.6 Money deposited in the Casino must be used for gaming activity. Due to this, all deposits need to be wagered at least three (3) times."
Very unfair if we consider that I got limited and now I had to cover 4,000MXN with 20-40 MXN bets but I said OK fine, and gambled all the 4,000MXN with a min of 1.50 as per their 62.10 clause, and it is important to say that they made the betting experience extremelly difficult to me with that limit they put on my account, and with live betting they simply rejected or reduced a lot of bets just because these were low risk (End of the game, close to 1.50, etc.). After that agony, I ending up with a total of 2,782.53MXN.
I did a new request back in September 5th, and as per today, the request is still pending. I sent an email asking for status on September 11th but they never answered back to me.
So, after all that mess I did some research and found this page with people struggling pretty much with the same issue with Campeonbet, and here I am, asking for help.
Please, help me out, I just want my money back, the experience with Campeonbet has been terrible.
